- 3 Smoky Pork Blocks
- Burger Bun
- 1 Slice of American Cheese
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Wedge of Cabbage
- Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- Heat up the Blocks until they are piping hot.
- Grate or finely shred the carrot and the cabbage.
- Combine the veg with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice and toast the bun.
- Load the bun base up with the slaw, Smoky Pork and top with the cheese.
- Pop it under the grill for a few seconds to melt the cheese and finish with the bun lid!
