Pork and Slaw Bap

Our nod to an American summery classic - the pulled pork bun.
  • 2 Smoky Pork Blocks
  • Burger Bun
  • 1 Slice of American Cheese
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Wedge of Cabbage
  • Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Heat up the Blocks until they are piping hot.
  2. Grate or finely shred the carrot and the cabbage.
  3. Combine the veg with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Slice and toast the bun.
  5. Load the bun base up with the slaw, Smoky Pork and top with the cheese. 
  6. Pop it under the grill for a few seconds to melt the cheese and finish with the bun lid!
