- 2 Chicken Korma Blocks
- 1 Frozen Paratha
- Mango Chutney or Lime Pickle
- Pink Onions (Shop bought or made simply by steeping sliced red onion in 50:50 vinegar and water with a pinch of sugar)
- Toasted Almonds
- Fresh Mint or Dill
- Heat up the Blocks until piping hot.
- Fry the paratha from frozen in a drizzle of oil over a high heat.
- Top the paratha with the hot Chicken Korma, chutney, nuts and herbs.
- Add the pink pickled onions, roll up and enjoy!
