  • 1 Frozen Paratha
  • Mango Chutney or Lime Pickle
  • Pink Onions (Shop bought or made simply by steeping sliced red onion in 50:50 vinegar and water with a pinch of sugar)
  • Toasted Almonds
  • Fresh Mint or Dill
