Chicken Korma Paratha

Our Limited Edition Chicken Korma served simply in some flaky bread.
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Chicken Korma Blocks
  • 1 Frozen Paratha
  • Mango Chutney or Lime Pickle
  • Pink Onions (Shop bought or made simply by steeping sliced red onion in 50:50 vinegar and water with a pinch of sugar)
  • Toasted Almonds
  • Fresh Mint or Dill
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up the Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Fry the paratha from frozen in a drizzle of oil over a high heat.
  3. Top the paratha with the hot Chicken Korma, chutney, nuts and herbs.
  4. Add the pink pickled onions, roll up and enjoy!
